• Details you give us. Name, email address, phone number, country, preferred travel dates, group size, ages of children travelling, fitness level, accommodation preferences and any message or special requirement you type into our enquiry, quote, booking or contact forms.
• Booking and payment details. When you pay online, the payment is processed by our payment provider. Card details are entered on the provider's secure page — we do not see or store full card numbers.
• Technical information. Basic data your browser sends, such as pages visited and approximate location, used to keep the site working and secure.

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a tailored quote or itinerary.
• To confirm and operate your trip, including logistics with guides and lodges.
